29. ישיבות המועצה
(א)המועצה תתכנס לישיבותיה במקום ובמועד שיקבע היושב ראש.
(ב)מזכיר המועצה או אדם שנתמנה לכך על ידי היושב ראש ינהל פרוטוקול של כל ישיבותיה.
