1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”רעל מסוג א׳“ – רעל הרשום בתוספת הראשונה בריכוז כמפורט לצידו בטור הריכוזים או בריכוז נמוך ממנו;
”רעל מסוג ב׳“ – רעל הרשום בתוספת הראשונה בכמות כמפורט לצידו בטור הכמויות או בכמות פחותה ממנה;
”רעל“ – רעל מסוג א׳, רעל מסוג ב׳ ויסודות רדיואקטיביים ותרכובותיהם;
”יסודות רדיואקטיביים ותרכובותיהם“ – פריט מספר 182 בתוספת השניה לחוק.
