10. ועדות
(א)המועצה רשאית, לצורך ביצוע תפקידיה, למנות מבין חבריה ועדות לכל ענין שתמצא לנכון, לקבוע את תפקידיהן ולאצול להן מסמכויותיה, למעט הסמכות לקבוע כללים.
(ב)המועצה תמנה לכל ועדה יושב ראש מבין חברי הועדה.
