11. ערר של חברי ועדה
(א)שניים מחברי ועדה רשאים לערור לפני מליאת המועצה על כל החלטה של הועדה שהתקבלה בניגוד לדעתם.
(ב)הערר יוגש באמצעות יושב ראש המועצה, תוך ארבעים ושמונה שעות מעת קבלת ההחלטה; עד להכרעת המליאה יעוכב ביצוע ההחלטה.
