12. דיון חוזר
(א)שלושה מבין חברי המועצה רשאים לבקש דיון חוזר במועצה –
(1)לגבי החלטה שקיבלה ועדה;
(2)לגבי החלטה שקיבלה המועצה בנוכחות ארבעה חברים בלבד ושבהצבעה עליה נמנה קולו של היושב ראש פעמיים.
(ב)על בקשה לדיון חוזר יחולו הוראות תקנה 11(ב), בשינויים המחוייבים.
