10. בירור
בכל שלב, לאחר המצאת האזהרה, יכול עובד לפנות לרשם כדי שיזמן את החייב לבירור אם התקיימו ההוראות הקבועות בסעיף 69יא(א) לחוק; במקרה שהחייב זומן כאמור ולא הגיע לבירור, רשאי העובד לפנות לרשם בבקשה להבאת החייב בצו הבאה.
