11. פריסת חוב העבר
אם החייב משלם את דמי המזונות החודשיים במועדם, אך לא פרע את חוב העבר, יודיע העובד לחייב שעליו לשלם בהקדם את מלוא חוב מזונות העבר אלא אם כן ימציא לעובד אחד מאלה:
(1)החלטת בית משפט בעניין;
(2)צו שנתן רשם ההוצאה לפועל לתשלום בשיעורים של חוב עבר במזונות;
(3)הסדר בין הזוכה לחייב לתשלום בשיעורים של חוב עבר במזונות, שניתן לגביו אישור של רשם ההוצאה לפועל.
