12. תיעוד הדיווחים בתיק
בכל שלב, אם החייב דיווח על תקבול ששילם לזוכה שלא באמצעות הלשכה והזוכה לא דיווח על התקבול כמתחייב בסעיף 20טז לחוק, יציין עובד מסלול המזונות את דבר הדיווח בתיק ויפנה לזוכה ויבקש את התייחסותו; אם לא הצליח לקבל את התייחסות הזוכה, יפנה לרשם לקבלת החלטה.
