14ב. הרכב ועדת הערר
תיקון: תשנ״ב
בועדת הערר יהיו חמישה חברים והם:
(1)חבר דירקטוריון בחברה מטעם הממשלה, שימונה בידי דירקטוריון החברה ויכהן כיושב ראש ועדת הערר;
(2)המבקר הפנימי של החברה;
(3)מנהל אגף הפיקוח על בזק במשרד התקשורת;
(4)שני נציגים של תאגידים המייצגים צרכנים, לפי קביעתו של השר.
