14ג. תקופת כהונה בועדת הערר
תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)תקופת כהונתם של חברי ועדת הערר תהא שלוש שנים מיום מינויים.
(ב)חבר שתקופת כהונתו תמה, יכול שיתמנה מחדש.
(ג)חבר שחדל לשמש בתפקיד שמכוחו התמנה לועדת הערר, יחדל לכהן כחבר בועדת הערר.
