(א)בתקנות אלה –
”חברה מנהלת“ ו”קופת גמל“ – כהגדרתן בחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (קופות גמל), התשס״ה–2005;
”מדד“ – מדד המחירים לצרכן שמפרסמת הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה.
(ב)מונחים אחרים בתקנות אלה יתפרשו כמשמעותם בחוק ההוצאה לפועל, התשכ״ז–1967 (להלן – החוק), ובתקנות ההוצאה לפועל, התש״ם–1979, לפי העניין.
