1. פירושים
תיקון: תשכ״ט
בתקנות אלה –
”מנהל“ פירושו – ראש אגף השיקום במשרד הבטחון, לרבות אדם שהמנהל העביר לו את סמכויותיו לפי תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן;
”רופא מוסמך“ פירושו – רופא מוסמך ראשי או רופא מוסמך מקומי שנתמנו על פי תקנות הנכים (טיפול רפואי), תשי״א–1951;
”סמל“ פירושו – סמל הנכים;
”ועדה“ פירושו – ועדה שהוקמה לצורך סעיף 25א לחוק.
