2. הרכב הועדה
המנהל ימנה ועדה בהרכב זה:
(1)עובד משרד הבטחון שישמש כיושב ראש הועדה;
(2)רופא מוסמך;
(3)חבר שנתמנה מתוך המועמדים שיוצעו על ידי ארגון המייצג את המספר הגדול ביותר של הנכים בארץ.
