31. כינוס אסיפות חברים ונושים
(א)המפרק רשאי לכנס מזמן לזמן אסיפות של חברי האגודה או של נושיה, לשם מסירת פרטים על מצב הפירוק ושמיעת דעתם בעניני הפירוק; המפרק או מי שהוא מינה לכך יהיה היושב ראש באסיפות כאמור.
(ב)המפרק ינהל ספר פרוטוקולים שבו יירשמו כל ההחלטות שיתקבלו באסיפות כאמור.
