32. הצהרת מפרק על חוסר הכנסות או הוצאות
לא קיבל המפרק כל סכום כסף בעד האגודה או לא שילם כל סכום תוך ששת החדשים שמיום מינויו למפרק או מיום הבקורת האחרונה של חשבונותיו, לפי הענין, יגיש לרשם תוך שלושים ימים תצהיר המאמת את נכונות העובדה שלא היו כל הכנסות או הוצאות לאגודה בנוסף לדו״ח על פעולותיו ליום הגשת התצהיר.
