39. סטיה בלתי מהותית
(א)סטיה בלתי מהותית מהוראות הפקודה או מהוראות תקנות אלה, שאין בה כדי עיוות דין, לא תפגע בכשרות החלטה שקיבל המפרק.
(ב)פגם או ליקוי במינויו או בחירתו של מפרק לא יפסול מעשה שעשה בתום לב.
