8. טיפול
(א)קצין מבחן מחוזי רשאי, באישור קצין מבחן ראשי, לטפל בענינו של כל אדם שהופנה אליו על ידי רשות מרשויות המדינה או מרשויות המקומיות, ככל אשר ייראה לו לטובת אותו אדם.
(ב)פניה כאמור לקצין המבחן תיערך בכתב ותכלול את הפרטים הדרושים לענין.
