53. הארכת מועדים
הרשם רשאי להאריך כל מועד שנקבע בתקנות אלה לעשיית דבר אם ראה טעמים סבירים לעשות כן, והוא רשאי לעשות כן בתנאים שיקבע, ובלבד שיתן הזדמנות לכל צד אחר להליך להשמיע טענותיו לענין הבקשה לפני שיחליט בה.
