53א. סדרי דין בערעור
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)סדרי הדין בערעור על החלטת הרשם יהיו לפי פרק י״ז בחלק ב׳ לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשע״ט–2018, ואולם לעניין תקנות אלה, יקראו בכל מקום בפרק י״ז שבו כתוב ”שישים ימים“ כאילו כתוב ”ארבעים וחמישה ימים“.
(ב)נוסף על האמור בפרק י״ז בחלק ב׳ לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשע״ט–2018, אם לא היה צד להליך בפני הרשם זולת המערער, יהיה הרשם המשיב.
