1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”בני־בית“ – בן־זוג, צאצא, אח או אחות, הורה או הורה הורה, והכל – אם היו סמוכים על שולחן המחזיק;
”תכנון אזורי“ – תכנון חקלאי אזורי שנקבע על ידי מינהל התכנון ואושר על ידי שר החקלאות;
”תכנון ערים“ – תכנון בהתאם להוראות פקודת בנין ערים, 1936.
