12. מקום לבית המגורים
היו המקרקעין שהרשות המוסמכת קבעה לפי סעיף 11 מרוחקים ממקום מגוריו של המחזיק יותר מאשר היו מרוחקים המקרקעין שהחזיק בהם ביום הקובע, יוחכר למחזיק, בישוב הקרוב ביותר למקום הימצאם של המקרקעין המוחכרים או בסמוך לאותו ישוב, גם שטח מספיק להקמת בית מגורים אף אם על ידי החכרת שטח נוסף זה יעלה כלל השטח המוחכר על השטח שניתן לקבוע לפי סעיף 10.
