8. שמירה על כללי התכנון
בקביעה לפי סעיף 7 תנהג הרשות המוסמכת בהתאם לכללים שיהיו נהוגים אותה שעה בתכנון האזורי ובתכנון ערים, ובכפוף לאמור בסעיפים 9–12.
