7. החכרת מקרקעין
נמסרה הודעה כאמור בסעיף 4 והוגשה בקשה כאמור בסעיף 5 וראתה הרשות המוסמכת שהמקרקעין שימשו למחזיק ביום הקובע מקור עיקרי למחייתו ולמחיית בני־ביתו, ושאין לו מקרקעין אחרים כדי מחייתם, ושהוסיף להחזיק ולעבד את המקרקעין גם לאחר היום הקובע ועודנו מחזיק בהם ומעבד אותם, תקבע את מקומם, שטחם וסוגם של מקרקעין שיש להחכירם למחזיק, את דמי החכירה, תקופתה ותנאיה, ומקרקעין אלה יוחכרו למחזיק ויועמדו לרשותו.
