20. שחרור מההסגר
בתום תקופת ההסגר ישוחררו בעלי החיים מההסגר, אך רשאי הרופא לעכב את שחרור בעלי־החיים מההסגר כל עוד לא שילם בעלם את האגרות והתשלומים האחרים המגיעים ממנו בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
