21. מספוא או ריפוד שהובאו
מספוא או ריפוד שהובאו יחד עם בעלי־החיים, לא יורדו מכלי ההובלה, אולם רשאי הרופא להתיר את הורדתם והעברתם לתחנת ההסגר לשימוש לאותם בעלי־החיים, או להתיר את הורדתם בתנאי שיושמדו כפי שהורה, אם לדעתו עלול המספוא או הריפוד לסכן את בריאות בעלי־החיים בארץ.
