5ב. ביטול הסמכה
תיקון: תשע״ח
נוכח המנהל לדעת כי חדלו להתקיים התנאים הקבועים בתקנה 5א(ב) או שהרופא הווטרינר המוסמך הפר את הוראות הפקודה או תקנות אלה, רשאי הוא לבטל את הסמכתו, ואולם לא יעשה כן אלא אם כן נתן לו הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו לפניו.
