10ב. תעריף שירותי איגום
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)התעריף שישלם מקבל השירות לנותן השירות תמורת מתן שירותי איגום בבריכה שהוגדרה בהוראה כאיגום משולב, יחושב בעד העלות הקבועה, וייקבע לפי סעיף 3, ואולם במקום ”10%“ יבוא ”6.5%“.
(ב)לעניין זה, ”החלק היחסי המשמש למתן השירות“, כאמור בסעיף 3, יחושב לפי החלק היחסי של נפח האיגום שנועד לצורך מתן שירותי האיגום למקבל השירות, כפי שנקבע בהוראה.
