מנהל הרשות הממשלתית יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של הרשות הממשלתית בכתובת www.water.gov.il את ההוראות שנתן לפי סעיף 35א לחוק; ואולם לא יהיה בפרסום זה כדי לעכב את ביצוע ההוראה או לשנותה.
