10ו. דיווח על שינוי בשטח הגנים הציבוריים
תיקון: תשע״ו
רשות מקומית זכאית תדווח לרשות הממשלתית על השינויים שחלו בשטח הגנים הציבוריים מאז הדיווח האחרון והשפעתם על כמות המים הנדרשת להשקיה יעילה לפי התוספת הרביעית, בכל אחד מאלה:
(1)אחת לשנה, עד יום 30 בנובמבר;
(2)אם ההשפעה המצרפית של השינויים על כמות המים הנדרשת להשקיה יעילה לפי התוספת הרביעית עולה על עשרה אחוזים.
