תיקון: תשע״ו
היה למנהל הרשות הממשלתית יסוד סביר להניח כי רשות מקומית זכאית אינה עומדת בתנאים המפורטים בסעיף 10ב(ב), רשאי הוא לבטל את ההכרה בה כרשות מקומית זכאית, לאחר שנתן לה הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיה.
