18ב. פטור מחובת דיגום במקרים מיוחדים
תיקון: תשע״ח, תשע״ח־2, תש״ף, תשפ״ג־2
המנהל רשאי לפטור ספק קולחין מחובת הניטור, הדיגום והדיווח, אם מצא כי ספק הקולחין דוגם ומנטר משתנים הנוגעים לאיכות מי הקולחין במאגר חייב דיגום ומדווח למשרד ממשלתי את ממצאי הדיגום והניטור האמורים על בסיס הוראות חוק מחייבות; ורשאי הוא לפטור ספק קולחין כאמור מחובות דיגום, ניטור ודיווח בנוגע למשתנים מסוימים.
