19. הודעה על שינוי במיתקן טיהור שפכים
(א)מפעיל שבכוונתו לערוך שינוי במיתקן טיהור השפכים שלו, שבעקבותיו צפויה להשתנות איכות המים שהוא מספק, יודיע לספקי הקולחין הרשומים ברישיונו על השינוי הצפוי, המועד שבו להערכתו תשתנה איכות המים שהוא מספק ואיכותם הצפויה.
(ב)ספק קולחין יודיע לצרכניו על כל הודעה שקיבל לפי סעיף קטן (א) בסמוך לאחר קבלתה.
