19ט. מתן רישיון מרחבי
תיקון: תשע״ח
מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי לבטל אישור עקרוני שניתן ורשאי הוא לתת למבקש רישיון מרחבי אם מצא, כי מתקיימים במבקש כל התנאים המפורטים להלן, ורשאי הוא להתנות את האישור בתנאים:
(1)הוא עומד בדרישות בסעיף 19ג;
(2)מסמכי ההתאגדות שלו מסדירים באופן ראוי את העניינים שבסעיף 19ה;
(3)המנהל אישר את תכנית הפיתוח שהגיש המבקש לפי סעיף 19ז;
(4)סכום ההפרשה, שעליו החליט המבקש, עונה על הוראות סעיף 19טו(ב).
