תיקון: תשע״ח
צירוף חבר או בעלים לספק מרחבי טעון אישור של מנהל הרשות הממשלתית; מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי לאשר צירוף כאמור אם מצא, כי יש בצירוף כדי לקדם את הנושאים המפורטים בסעיף 19ג(א) בלי לפגוע באפשרות של הספק המרחבי למלא בצורה תקינה את תפקידיו לפי סעיף 19ב.
