19לד. החלטה בעניין מתן רישיון
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית יבחן את הבקשה ויחליט אם לתת רישיון אזורי לחקלאות; ההחלטה תהיה מנומקת ותפורסם באתר האינטרנט.
(ב)החליט מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לתת למבקש רישיון אזורי לחקלאות, יצרף להחלטתו –
(1)מהי השיטה לחלוקת הקצאת המים לחקלאות בין חבריו;
(2)מהי השיטה לחישוב דמי המים לחבריו.
