19לה. שינוי בשיטות לחלוקת הקצאת מים או לחישוב דמי מים
תיקון: תשפ״ו
(א)לא ישנה ספק אזורי לחקלאות את השיטה לחלוקת הקצאת מים לחקלאות או את השיטה לחישוב דמי המים לחבריו לפי סעיף 19לד(ב), אלא אם כן אישר מנהל הרשות הממשלתית את השינוי.
(ב)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי שלא לאשר את השינוי בשיטה לחלוקת הקצאת מים לחקלאות או את השיטה לחישוב דמי המים לחבריו, אם מצא כי השינוי לא יאפשר לספק האזורי לחקלאות למלא את תפקידיו לפי סעיף 19כז.
