21. אופן הגשת הדוחות
(א)דוחות יוגשו בטופס מקוון שיפורסם באתר האינטרנט או יישלחו לכתובת דואר אלקטרוני שעליה יורה המנהל.
(ב)המנהל יפרסם מדי שנה באתר האינטרנט הודעה בדבר אתר האינטרנט או כתובת הדואר האלקטרוני להגשת הדוחות בשנת ההודעה.
(ג)המנהל רשאי להתיר לספק מסוים או לסוג ספקים להעביר דיווח באמצעי אחר, שאינו דיווח אלקטרוני, אם מצא כי בנסיבות העניין יש צורך בהיתר האמור.
