22. סמכות דרישת מסמכים נוספים
סבר המנהל כי דרושים לרשות הממשלתית, לצורך פיקוח ויישום האמור בכללים אלה, מסמכים נוספים להשלמת המידע שיש להעביר לפי כללים אלה, הוא רשאי לדרוש מבעל רישיון, מחברה או ממפעיל להעביר, בתוך זמן סביר שנקב בדרישתו, את המסמכים הדרושים.
