4. הגשת בקשה
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)בקשה תוגש לאגף לפי כתובתו שבאתר האינטרנט, בדואר או במסירה ידנית.
(ב)הודיע האגף באתר האינטרנט כי ניתן להגיש בקשה באמצעות תקשורת אלקטרונית – ניתן יהיה להגיש בקשה גם בדרך זו.
(ג)האגף יאשר בכתב למבקש, למען למכתבים שבטופס או בתקשורת אלקטרונית, את קבלת הבקשה באגף.
