5. טיפול בבקשה שלא הוגשה כנדרש
תיקון: תשע״ז
לא נחתם טופס, לא מולא באופן מלא ומדויק, או לא צורף אליו מסמך מהמסמכים הנדרשים בו, יחזיר האגף למבקש, למען למכתבים שבטופס או בתקשורת אלקטרונית, את הבקשה בלא טיפול בבקשה, בציון הפרטים או המסמכים החסרים.
