11. סדרי הצבעה
(א)ההצעות יועמדו להצבעה לפי סדר הגשתן; בהצעות שקבלת אחת מהן שוללת את קבלתה של האחרת, יצביעו קודם על המרחיקה לכת; נתעורר ספק בנוגע לסדר ההצבעה, יכריע היושב ראש.
(ב)ההצבעה תהיה בהרמת ידים.
(ג)על פי דרישת חבר מחברי המועצה יספור היושב ראש את קולות המצביעים בעד ונגד ההצעה וכן הנמנעים מהצבעה.
