12. פרוטוקול
יירשם פרוטוקול מכל ישיבה שבו ייכללו לפחות פרטים אלה:
(1)שמות חברי המועצה הנוכחים בישיבה, וכן שמותיהם של הנעדרים;
(2)סדר היום;
(3)שמות המשתתפים בוויכוח ותמצית דבריהם;
(4)ההצעות;
(5)תוצאות ההצבעות;
(6)ההחלטות.
