תיקון: תשפ״ד־4
עלות מוכרת בעד קרן בטוחות לשנה כלשהי תהיה שווה לסכומים שהעבירה מקורות לפי סעיפים 9, 10, 11, 22 ו־26 לכללי הקמת תשתיות, בניכוי סכומים ששולמו לה בעד קרן הבטוחות מתקציב המדינה ובטוחות שהשיב לה בעל רישיון לפי הכללים האמורים, באותה שנה.
