18. מגבלות על בעל רישיון וביטול רישיון
המגבלות האמורות בחוק ובכללי מרב הזיקות יחולו על בעל רישיון ערוץ בכל תקופת רישיונו; חדלה להתקיים אחת מן המגבלות, רשאית המועצה, לאחר מתן הזדמנות נאותה לבעל הרישיון להשמיע את טענותיו, לבטל את רישיונו של בעל הרישיון מטעם זה בלבד ובלי לגרוע מאפשרויות ביטול הרישיון לפי כל דין.
