8. דיון המועצה בבקשת המבקש
המועצה תקיים דיון בבקשת המבקש ובממצאי הבודק בתוך 20 ימים מיום הודעת הבודק למבקש על הגשת בקשה תקינה ותודיע למבקש על החלטתה; יושב ראש המועצה רשאי להאריך את המועד לתקופה נוספת של 20 ימים נוספים אם יש צורך.
