9. החלטת המועצה
בהחלטתה כאמור בסעיף 8 המועצה רשאית להעניק למבקש רישיון ערוץ כמבוקש ולכלול בו תנאים, וכן רשאית המועצה, תוך מתן נימוקים, לדחות את הבקשה.
