83. סימון מידע מסחרי נלווה
(א)מידע מסחרי נלווה יזוהה על ידי הסימן אשר אושר לבעל הרישיון בהתאם לסעיף 15; למען הסר ספק, בעל רישיון לא יטעה את המנויים באשר לאופי השידור שבו הם צופים ויבחין במפורש בין מידע מסחרי לבין שידורים אחרים.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), במעבר משידור פרסומת למידע מסחרי נלווה לה, רשאי בעל רישיון שלא לכלול את סימן המעבר הקבוע בסעיף 15(א).
