84. הפניה מתוך שידורים שאינם פרסומות
בעל רישיון רשאי להפנות למידע מסחרי נלווה מתוך שידוריו המקוריים, לפי תנאים אלה בלבד:
(1)עיקרו של השידור שאליו נעשית ההפניה אינו מידע מסחרי נלווה, והשטח שהוקצה בו למידע מסחרי נלווה אינו עולה על חמישית משטח המסך, או שהוא מידע מסחרי נלווה מתוך מידע הנלווה לשידור מקורי;
(2)המידע המסחרי הנלווה אינו מתוך שידור מקורי המיועד לילדים.
