תיקון: תשל״ב
נתן בית משפט או בית דין צו אימוץ, יעביר לרשם, תוך חמישה עשר יום מיום מתן הצו, תעודה מאת שופט או דיין שנתנו את הצו, שבה יפורטו הפרטים שרישומם נדרש בפנקס האימוצים.
