תיקון: תשל״ב
התעודה הנקובה בתקנה 5 תועבר במעטפה סגורה וחתומה בשעווה בחותם בית המשפט או בית הדין שיצויין על גביה ”סודי“ והיא תימסר לידי הרשם, ובהעדרו – לידי המזכיר הראשי של בית המשפט.
